Brand Rebels New York

Everyone has AI. What’s your advantage?

For leaders who think outside the box: a closed-door conversation on where technology ends and real differentiation begins.

A group of people mingle and chat at an indoor networking or social event on an upper-level balcony, with refreshments set out nearby. The modern venue features exposed ceilings, glass walls, black railings, white columns, and large green plants, with a café or dining area visible below.

What you can expect

AI is now baked into how companies create content, make decisions, and engage customers.

At the same time, more CEOs are asking harder questions: where does AI actually create business value? What should change, and what should never change? For CMOs, that means weighing innovation against governance, speed against consistency, and rolling out AI without diluting the brand or opening up new risk.

This isn’t a conversation about AI tools. It’s about who succeeds, and how, when everyone’s working with the same technology.

  • Where should AI strengthen your brand, and where should humans stay firmly in
    control?
  • How do you balance experimentation with governance across markets and teams,
and who owns this responsibility in your organization?
  • How do you build AI into a brand across markets and teams without fragmenting the
    brand?
  • If every competitor has access to the same technology, what will make your
    organization and brand stand out?

I don’t spend enough time speaking with great B2B Marketers. Yesterday I was reminded of the value of doing so, when I joined the first-ever Brand Rebels roundtable in Oslo. It was energizing to interact with senior marketing and brand leaders, and unpack some of our common challenges and opportunities.

A group of professionals sits around a conference table during a Brand Rebels event. A woman in the center gestures as she speaks while two colleagues listen attentively. A laptop, notebooks, coffee cups, water bottles, and smartphones are on the table, with other attendees blurred in the foreground, creating a candid meeting atmosphere.

A little bit of magic happened in this room. 10 strangers got invited to a roundtable, but the table wasn’t round. We were there to discuss big topics like “balancing local authenticity with global relevance”, but ended up really bonding around exactly the same challenges regardless of industry, company or product range.
