Reinvention through brand narrative
When Capitaland acquired Sungei Wang Plaza, Malaysia’s oldest and most distressed mall, it inherited a site rich in history but dismissed by a new generation of shoppers. The challenge was to re-energize a tired retail space, work within complex constraints, and reshape perceptions of what the place could become. We created a vibrant new brand that redefined what urban retail could mean for Malaysia’s youth.

Prolink
Reclaiming relevance to reignite growth
After 40 years, Prolink had faded from view as a consumer brand, despite quietly expanding across 18 markets in Asia, the Middle East, and beyond. With global growth ambitions, it needed to transform from a low-profile hardware player into a modern, emotionally resonant brand built for competitive international markets. We reframed Prolink’s proposition around one core insight: life doesn’t come with a set of instructions.

A challenger brand for global expansion
Singapore-based skincare business DrGL was a small brand with global ambition to scale. It a needed brand that could stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the category’s most dominant players. We developed a brand that transformed DrGL from a niche Singaporean skincare label into a purpose-led brand ready for global audiences – blending scientific rigor, emotional connection, and visual elegance into a single, unified identity.

ComfortDelGro
Building a global mobility leader
ComfortDelGro had transformed dramatically from its origins as a household taxi brand in Singapore into one of the world’s largest land transport companies. But the brand hadn’t kept pace with its ambitions. Without clarity on its identity and value to cities, ComfortDelGro risked slowing expansion, eroding trust with municipal leaders, and running a growing portfolio without a unifying global strategy. We unified their portfolio to create a market leader.

ReGen
Repositioning to close the gap in spinal care
Malaysian rehabilitation service ReGen had a clear goal: make high-quality recovery both possible and affordable for Malaysian communities. ReGen needed a brand that could redefine what people believed was possible after spinal trauma. We created a brand identity rooted in the radical idea of reversal, not just recovery. The design tells a story of hope – not just in words, but in its very shape.
