Supporting organizations of all shapes and sizes
We know we can’t change the world alone, but we can help those who do it better.
The Brandpie Foundation puts our brand-building skills to work for not-for-profits, philanthropies, and social enterprises. For every dollar pledged by a client, we match it with a dollar of our time.
Supporting future leaders at Anthropy
Brandpie sponsors the Emerging Leaders program at Anthropy, helping to unlock the power of every generation. Today’s young leaders are ready to shape decisions, influence culture, and drive change. They want meaningful involvement in shaping strategies, designing solutions, and co-creating inclusive workplaces.
As one Emerging Leader pointed out, “Young people are not passive recipients. We are active agents of change.”

Sustainability at the heart
Sustainability is at the heart of our business, as well as for the clients we work for. Our sustainability strategy has been developed by our internal champions network, aligned to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Building social equity
A purpose-driven world is an inclusive one. We focus on workplace wellbeing, inclusive cultures, community engagement, mentorship, and consider DE&I in our client work. Based on the SDG 3 and 10, we’re a living wage employer and have policies that protect staff wellbeing.

Supporting climate advocacy
We look at the environmental impact of our operations, as well as how we can influence leadership to accelerate climate action. Based on the SDG 10 and 13, we measure and monitor our own carbon footprint and actively use our voice through thought-leadership to connect purpose with sustainability.

Empowering purpose entrepreneurs
Using our expertise to support purpose-driven entrepreneurs and not-for-profits through the Brandpie Foundation, Brandpie Academy, and Anthropy Emerging Leaders. Based on the SDG 8 and 9.
A charter for positive change
Creative cultures are powered by a mix of curious minds with a rich variety of perspectives.
Education
It takes real effort to address unconscious biases and to actively learn about the complex issues of diversity, equity and inclusion. That’s why we continue to invest in training and educational resources. Funding is also available for employees to attend relevant conferences.
Outreach and collaboration
Actively building relationships with industry pressure groups, educational institutions, and grassroots organizations in our local communities to expand our network and create a more diverse talent pipeline.
Transparency
It’s hard to argue with data. That’s why we share annual workforce diversity data and measure our success against it.
Accountability
We have a dedicated diversity steering group, chaired by a Brandpie partner. The group meets quarterly, recommending actions to global leadership, formulates policies and ensures the business is upholding its commitments and is actively pursuing positive change.
