Following a merger, how do you successfully integrate, build leader and employee belief, deliver a world-class brand strategy, and signal change to the market?
Idea
We partnered with the Clario team to develop a new business story with a unifying purpose (transforming lives by unlocking better evidence), ambition statements, strategic priorities and values.
Using 'The Power of Certainty' as the brand idea, together we developed a new name (from ERT | Bioclinica to Clario) and visual identity. We planned and delivered the internal launch strategy, built a new website, and supported this all with a major external launch.

The business saw a significant rise in pride following the launch of the new brand, a considerable market impact, and a substantial increase in organic net revenue.
