Global consultancy Brandpie today announced the appointment of Ralph Ardill as a Non-Executive Director, and Elisa Cecilli as Head of Insights & Innovation. Both join the business off the back of a strong performance in 2021.

Ardill is a leading authority on brand experience and business transformation, having spent 25 years consulting with CEOs and their leadership teams to create world-class, transformational culture and brand experience programs.

Ardill authored one of the earliest books on brand experience and a few of his highlights include leading the development of the award-winning Guinness Storehouse in Dublin, advising Trinity College on developing the global Science Gallery network and Hiscox on the delivery of a landmark, award-winning, ‘values-driven’ company office in York.

Ardill will work with Brandpie on elevating its cultural experience practice, exploring the opportunities of a new era for work and helping Brandpie’s new and existing clients to deliver category-defining cultural innovation programs that will attract and retain talent, improve employee experience and accelerate business growth.

Ralph Ardill

Cecilli, a former insights leader at J. Walter Thompson and Portland Design, brings over 15 years’ experience as a researcher. She is a specialist in foresight, insight, and innovation – helping organizations predict cultural shifts, understand their customers, and identify opportunities for growth. Cecilli has advised organizations such as Samsung, Unilever, Mattel, Nike, Red Bull, Siemens, and LinkedIn.

She joins the team to elevate Brandpie’s research capabilities, designing end-to-end research projects for clients – supporting them in their process of purpose-driven transformation. Elisa will also oversee and direct Brandpie’s thought leadership reports, including the CEO Purpose Report.

Brandpie Founder, Dave Allen, says, “As we continue to build on our growth trajectory, it feels like the perfect time to be bringing Ralph and Elisa in. The demand for purpose consulting is growing, as well as the need for best-in-class insight and culture consulting to support it. Both are heavyweights in their respective fields – and will help us to deliver purpose-driven transformation for our broad client base.”
