Music charity Help Musicians today launches its refreshed brand identity by independent strategic brand consultancy Brandpie.
Help Musicians is an independent UK charity offering practical, positive support to emerging, professional and retired musicians – whatever the genre. The refresh aims to appeal to musicians and a wider audience across the music industry, to communicate how the charity can help musicians at every stage of their career.
Taking cues from musical notations, the ‘repeat sign’ used in the logo signifies how and when Help Musicians provides support to musicians; throughout the ups and downs of their careers and lives, from starting out through to retirement. The visual language is adaptable, flexible and supportive, celebrating a proud heritage and looking towards an active future.
Katy Scott, senior designer at Brandpie says: “We wanted to honour the ethos and purpose of Help Musicians with a refreshed identity that reflects its proud heritage whilst also being future-facing. Our strategy resulted in a brand identity that signifies Help Musicians’ ongoing mission to provide support to musicians in a bold and colourful way that celebrates the spirit of creativity.”
