With a background in advertising, corporate and internal communications, Lucy guides clients through major transformation projects. Her work helps the C-Suite to connect people and culture to the broader business strategy through culture design and definition, engagement programs, and employee experience. Clients have included Apple, Arcadis, Wipro, Infogain and AstraZeneca.
With a Masters in Behavioural Science from the LSE, Lucy brings a robust, evidence-based and experimental methodology to culture transformation.
