Louisa oversees our Sustainability and Systems Change offer.
A seasoned sustainability expert, she brings over 10 years' experience driving business as a force for good, and has played a critical role in setting up sustainability service lines in two different firms.
Her experience includes strategy design and implementation, non-financial reporting, ESG assurance, culture change, coaching, facilitation, co-creation and leadership and is particularly interested in how organizations can create positive change, navigate complexity, and shift mindsets and systems.
Louisa is currently a Trustee to Hawkwood: The Centre for Future Thinking and is an academic tutor for the Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leaderships online course 'Business Sustainability Management.'
