Claudia is a Consultant in our London team. With a Masters in Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Service Design from the University of Bristol and a background in design and culture, she helps brands anticipate the future while keeping people at the center.

Through extensive research, she identifies exciting white spaces in complex business landscapes, enabling companies to compete with simplicity and purpose.

She enjoys drawing inspiration from readings in psychology, art, and belief systems. She believes that when brands stay true to their purpose, they can inspire both their teams and customers to be better versions of themselves. For her, change is an opportunity for brands to grow, make an impact, and reconnect with their roots.
