She has 20 years of experience in branding, packaging, product and experience design. Her roles have ranged from people management, resourcing, freelancer management, forecasting, financial management, and implementation of processes.

While she has a deep respect for creative work and a shared enthusiasm for great results, she represents the big picture in terms of resource utilisation. The goal is to have the right people on the right projects at the right time.
