As a Senior Designer, you will:
  • Examine and clearly understand the client challenge and provide a recommended approach for smaller project.
  • Scope out the approach with an Account Director and are clear on final deliverables.
  • Push and challenge the creative product to be inspirational and go beyond simply answering the brief.
  • Contribute and lead internal idea generation.
  • Own the creative thinking for your projects, leading the creative part of the presentation and recommendation to clients.
  • Bring a passion for craft to every aspect of a project and a detailed-orientated mindset across all deliverables.
  • Work collaboratively with our Consultancy and Client Services teams, taking responsibility and ownership for projects, whilst liasing with the Creative Directors aware of developments at key milestones.
  • Be an expert presentation designer and storyteller (internal and client) in both keynote, InDesign and PPT as needed.
  • Manage, collaborate and brief third-party vendors and freelancers to assist on projects and help support the broader team.
  • Have experience working in video production, and have an intermediate understanding of processes, sequencing of approvals, and final outputs.
  • Help nurture the junior and middleweight designers, mentoring them to help them achieve their best, and develop their skills.
Skills and software:
  • You're an expert user of the Adobe suite: Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
  • You're fluent in basic functions of Microsoft office programs - mainly Word, and PowerPoint.
  • You're an expert user of Keynote, and are expert level when it comes to designing presentations.
  • You're an expert user in Sketch, Figma, Miro.
  • Other software experience (motion, 3D, animation, prototyping and UX) are a big plus.
